Teacher Usage

The Teacher Usage report provides the teacher usage data summarized by school and detailed by teacher for the selected date range. The usage data is characterized by the number of assignments and logins by the teacher, and the teacher's first and last login date.

For students or teachers who are enrolled in multiple schools and/or districts, Logins are only counted towards the first school in which the user was enrolled. If the login count appears to be missing for a user, check the user's logins across all his or her schools and districts.

Run Your Report

Select the Reports tab, and then choose the Teacher Usage report.
Do one of the following:
Click Filters to focus your data results.
- Starting at the top, select the Dates filter options.
- Click the Schools open text filter field When you click in an open text filter field, it displays up to 100 selectable values based on your previous filter choices. You can also enter keywords or part of a name to immediately enable a search of a specific selection. and select one or more schools.
- Select Yes or No for the Include Zero Classes filter to include or exclude classes with zero usage.
- Select Yes or No for the Include Zero Usage filter to include or exclude teachers with zero usage.
- Select Yes or No for the Include Deleted Classes filter to include or exclude deleted classes.

Click the (Filter) icon to use a previously saved set of filters for this report.
1. Select Load Filter.
2. Select the filter from the list, and then click Load.
Click Run to generate the report. Click Stop to cancel your request.
Optionally, to save new filter selections for future use:
1. Click the (Filter) icon, and select Save Filter.
2. Type a unique Filter Name, click Save, and then click Close.
  
  Filter names are case-sensitive.

Report Data Elements

Click any report column header to sort the report content by the data in that column.

Elements	Data Descriptions
Teacher	Name of each teacher.
Username	User name used by the teacher to access Realize.
School	Name of the school.
# Classes	Total number of classes the specified teacher had anytime during the selected date range.
# Assignments	Number of assignments assigned during the selected date range by school and by teacher. The total number of assignments counts each student to whom an assignment was given. This count includes all content items included in individual lessons and Playlists.
# Logins	Number of teacher logins for the selected date range by school and by teacher.
First Login	Date of the first teacher login for the selected date range by school and by teacher.
Last Login	Date of the last teacher login for the selected date range by school and by teacher.
